Job description:

1. Responsible for the reception of company visitors, sending and receiving mail and sending parcels

2. Responsible for the management of business trips: booking and settlement of air tickets and hotels as well as assisting the finance department in processing reimbursements, etc.

3. Assist in the management of the company's existing fixed assets and maintenance of related standing book

4. Complete the procurement of office supplies and other products for the company

5. Assist in the communication between the company and external agencies and various suppliers of integrated administration

6. Responsible for the organization and maintenance of company documents

7. Assist in planning and organizing team activities and provide administrative support during large events

8. Complete other related work assigned by the company.

Job requirements:

1. German university majoring in literature or economics is preferred

2. Relevant work experience preferred

3. Fluent German and English preferred

4. Proficiency in excel, word and other office software

5. Conscientious, responsible, patient, excellent communication skills and sense of service
