Sales Order Management: Manage sales orders, create SAP orders and invoices, oversee shipments, and ensure accurate and efficient execution of order management.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments to coordinate new orders or special transportation needs, ensuring error-free order execution.
Sales Operations Support: Organize sales meetings, track sales progress and key metrics, and ensure effective communication and implementation of meeting decisions.
Sales Data Analysis: Maintain sales and customer information, regularly produce sales reports, analyze sales data, identify business challenges, and provide optimization suggestions.
Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Regularly update sales forecasts, ensure adequate inventory levels, and enhance supply chain collaboration efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management: Assist sales managers and project teams in maintaining customer relationships, monitor key customer communication progress, and support quotation work.
Process Optimization and System Support: Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and other cross-departmental teams to optimize delivery processes, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Administrative and Support Tasks: Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operation of sales support functions.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
Abilities: Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous and patient, able to handle work pressure.
Professional Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other data tools is preferred.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.
