Job description:

· Responsible for the delivery of automotive radar products and ensuring that the products are on the market successfully;

· Taking the project as the center, responsible for the on-site delivery activity schedule management and proactively coordinating related resources to promote closed-loop problem solving;

· Solving the technical problems for European customers;

· Manage the quality of key deliverables in the delivery process according to customer needs;

· Responsible for sorting, summarizing, and analyzing customers' problems and requirements;

· Assisting the R&D department in solving problems

Job requirements:



· Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical subject area

· Candidates with relevant experience in engineering & technical support are preferred

· Has a basic understanding or experience in the automotive area

· Fluent in English, any other European language ​​such as German, French or Spanish is a plus

· Excellent ability of market development, project coordination, and good customer service awareness;

· Strong responsibility;

· Strong ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, affinity, and sense of responsibility;
