Job description:
- Delivering EV charger projects;
- Responsible for the process that should be done from inception to commissioning and ongoing operations of the project;
- Product after-sales and EV charger maintenance technical support;
- Remote expert diagnosis of difficult problems;
- Compilation of maintenance case;
- Product technical data production and training;
- Collect feedback on customer issues and promote R&D improvement and upgrading.
Job requirements:
- Technical education background and in-depth knowledge of charger products is a plus.
- Experience of projects in the public realm
- Happy to work as part of a team and also independently when required
- IT proficient
- Have good problem solving skill
- Fluent in Spanish, Chinese and English
