Job decription:

  • Responsible for the company, team building and other related administrative affairs
  • Implement and improve the company's administrative and personnel systems and plans
  • Responsible for recruitment-related activities of the company
  • Responsible for employee employment contracts and employee relations management
  • Maintain staff information and HR process management
  • Responsible for staff attendance and payroll calculation
  • Maintain open communication channels with the head office and related departments


Job requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree, preferably with relevant professional studies;

2. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Italian is an advantage;

3. Work experience in administration, human resources management is preferred;

4. Experience in related internships is preferred;

5. Basic knowledge of Excel, word, and other office software operations
