Job Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer service inquiries, including pre-sales consultations, after-sales support, and product warranty issues. Provide remote or on-site technical support (if necessary) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Organize customer issues, collect and relay customer feedback, maintain customer relationships, support product testing, and facilitate product bug optimization.
Prepare and deliver standardized documentation, participate in building the knowledge base, and address real-world product issues.
Provide product and technical training for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., functionality training, product demonstrations, and enablement training) and offer remote support.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in pre-sales or after-sales support.
Background in science or engineering; experience in technical support or related industries is preferred.
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; fluency in English or other languages is a strong advantage.
Clear logical thinking, excellent service, communication, and execution skills, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and the ability to handle unexpected issues.
Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently.
