Job Description:

  • Strategic Event Planning: Develop and execute impactful events across Europe that align with AUTEL's brand culture, marketing strategies, and sales objectives. Ensure each event reinforces our brand presence, fosters customer engagement, and drives lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and retail marketing—and work closely with headquarters to achieve aligned event goals. Facilitate clear and persuasive communication to unify team priorities and objectives.
  • Logistics & Operations Oversight: Lead end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget planning. Ensure smooth execution by proactively managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • External Partnerships: Cultivate productive relationships with external partners, such as agencies, sponsors, and vendors, to optimize event quality and operational efficiency.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, including budget reconciliation and performance reporting. Leverage insights to enhance event ROI and drive continuous improvement for future events.
  • Team Training & Support: Ensure all customer-facing team members are fully prepared and briefed for events. Manage on-site teams during event activations to guarantee seamless delivery and engagement.
  • Event Innovation: Identify and implement new strategies to enhance event impact, boost brand visibility, and maximize customer satisfaction. Recommend scalable solutions to increase foot traffic and lead generation at events.
  • Data Capture & CRM Integration: Design lead-capturing tools and integrate data into AUTEL CRM for reporting and analytics, ensuring all interactions align with event objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on AUTEL’s offerings and integrate product insights into event presentations and strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in event management, focusing on marketing and brand activations, with proven experience managing high-profile events in dynamic settings.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events across diverse European markets.
  • Skilled in vendor relations, contract negotiation, and budget management.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, event marketing strategies, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, displaying strong initiative and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
