Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve TPMS sales targets in the DACH region, with a focus on the German market.
Build and manage a robust distribution network for Autel TPMS products, including identifying and onboarding new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the tire and wheel industry, including tire shops, garages, and car dealerships.
Leverage existing customer relationships and actively prospect new business opportunities to expand market share.
Provide product training and technical support to distributors and end-users.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Represent Autel at industry events and trade shows in the DACH region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years in sales within the automotive aftermarket, with a focus on TPMS or tire and wheel related products.
Native German speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong existing network of contacts within the tire and wheel distribution channels in Germany is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of the DACH automotive aftermarket and its specific requirements.
Experience in building and managing distribution channels.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
