What You’ll Do

  • Manage the sending and receiving of mail and parcels.
  • Assist in planning and organizing team activities, including company lunches, team-building events, and large-scale company events, while providing administrative support as needed.
  • Procure office supplies and other necessary products for company operations.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and external agencies, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Assist in managing the company’s fixed assets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support sales operations and order processing, including preparing quotations, invoices, and tracking orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and sales data.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the company.


You Are

  • Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese is preferred.
  • Strong command of Excel, Word, and other office software.
  • Highly conscientious, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
