Job description:
1. Responsible for the reception of company visitors, sending and receiving mail and sending parcels
2. Responsible for the management of business trips: booking and settlement of air tickets and hotels as well as assisting the finance department in processing reimbursements, etc.
3. Assist in the management of the company's existing fixed assets and maintenance of related standing book
4. Complete the procurement of office supplies and other products for the company
5. Assist in the communication between the company and external agencies and various suppliers of integrated administration
6. Responsible for checking and payment of supplier invoices, as well as bank flow collation
7. Responsible for the company's payment document checking, payment application and supplier payment related communication, etc.
8. Responsible for checking accounts receivable and tracking collection
9. Financial monthly close document preparation and financial data processing
8. Complete other related work assigned by manager
Job requirements:
Relevant admin experience preferred
Chinese is in must and fluent in English
Proficiency in excel, word and other office software
Conscientious, responsible, patient, excellent communication skills and sense of service
