Job Description:
1. Legal Document Management:
· Responsible for organizing, archiving, and managing the company's legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Assist the legal team in establishing an effective document management system to enhance work efficiency.
· Collect and manage background investigation materials for collaboration partners, ensuring timely and accurate information.
2. Systematic Filing Assistance:
· Support the legal team in submitting legal service related invoices in the internal financial system.
3. Other Legal Support:
· Assist the legal team in handling day-to-day legal affairs, including drafting basic legal documents based on approved templates.
· Collaborate with the team to accomplish ad-hoc tasks, ensuring the efficient progress of legal work.
