Manage the sending and receiving of mail and parcels.
Assist in planning and organizing team activities, including company lunches, team-building events, and large-scale company events, while providing administrative support as needed.
Procure office supplies and other necessary products for company operations.
Facilitate communication between the company and external agencies, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Assist in managing the company’s fixed assets and maintaining accurate records.
Support sales operations and order processing, including preparing quotations, invoices, and tracking orders.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and sales data.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the company.
You Are
Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese is preferred.
Strong command of Excel, Word, and other office software.
Highly conscientious, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
