Job Description:

  • As an Admin Specialist you will be in charge of managing administrative service requirements, providing office management solutions. Transfer admin solutions to procurement and suppliers to ensure that the requirements implemented effectively;
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Liaise with procurement management vendors, including cleaning, facilities use, and security services.
  • Maintain the office operation management, such as responsible for the delivery, tracking and customs declaration of company packages; complete the purchase of office needs; handling general phone calls and email, and support staff queries regarding office management issues
  • Assist the CEO Office in on-site administrative service related work, organize office events.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies and improve employees benefits as necessary, and assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time; and manage the company's existing fixed assets and maintain related ledgers.
  • Assist other colleagues with urgent matters when required.
  • Provide general support to visitors


What You’ll Need:

  1. Ideally bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related.
  2. Ideally some professional experience in administrative management processes or supplier’s management.
  3. Ideally hold Dutch or EU work permit.
  4. Ability to effectively manage priorities in a large, complex, fast paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in excel, word and other office software.
  6. Excellent written & oral communication skills.
  7. Fluent English is requested. Dutch and Mandarin are an advantage.
  8. Driving licence is an advantage.
