Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by actively troubleshooting issues and providing both remote and on-site support services, including traveling to client locations when necessary, and participating in regional technical case handling.
  2. Follow up and maintain the technical capabilities of the partner network, and participate in partner onboarding training when needed.
  3. Conduct pre-commissioning at our European test center for customized customer requirements, ensuring thorough testing and optimization of equipment prior to deployment to meet specific client needs.
  4. Provide technical support services using tools such as Salesforce, Teams, and other systems.
  5. Deliver training services both remotely and on-site to ensure the technical capabilities of the partner network are maintained and enhanced.
  6. Collect customer feedback, track and follow up on issues regularly, and report and communicate promptly.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or equivalent;
  2. Knowledge of electrical vehicles or the charging pile industry, familiar with different charging scenarios and OCPP protocol;
  3. Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels in an international environment;
  4. Excellent ability of market development, project coordination and good customer service awareness; Strong responsibility, meticulous and rigorous;
  5. Strong ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, affinity and sense of responsibility;
  6. Fluency in English is necessary.
