Job Description:
- Responsible for delivering all EV-related projects, following up on every aspect to ensure successful project delivery.
- Focused on DC project delivery, managing the progress of on-site delivery activities, proactively coordinating relevant resources, and promoting closed-loop problem resolution.
- Solve technical problems related to electric vehicle charging for European customers.
- Manage product and delivery quality throughout the delivery process and support the completion of customer interface delivery acceptance.
- Responsible for collating, summarizing, and analyzing customer issues.
- Assist in improving the efficiency of problem-solving in the R&D department and help avoid recurring issues.
- Follow up and manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong stress tolerance, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
